About

Amy Adeline is a writer, editor, and designer with a decade of experience in professional communication.

Most recently, Amy received a Master’s in English-Technical Communication from the University of Central Florida. She currently works as a technical writer at Lockheed Martin, where she transforms “engineer speak” into user-friendly documentation.

Previously, Amy taught English in South Korea. She was proud to see elementary and middle school students gain confidence in their English skills through activities such as team-building games, public speaking, creative writing, and collaborative projects.

Before working overseas, Amy held several positions at the Y, where she managed member services, coordinated volunteer efforts, and facilitated communications between senior management and branch employees. During this time she performed various tasks ranging from contract administration to branding compliance to conference logistics.

Amy’s writings are featured on the cooking website Amanda’s Menu, UCF’s Imprint Magazine, and the female empowerment site Heroine Fab (launching Spring 2024). As a technical communicator, Amy is focused on developing skills in the areas of data visualization, document design, editing, and usability. She enjoys running and reading in her free time.
