Amy was part of a team that developed a website recommendation report for the University of Central Florida’s Robinson Observatory (RO). The team conducted content analyses for four comparable websites and analyzed their findings to assess how the RO could update their website with a user-centered design (UCD) focus. This is a sample of the report highlighting recommendations for updates that will address website gaps and improve how content aligns with user needs.
